We are pleased to announce the promotion of Josephine Donkor to the position of Head of Employee Benefits of OLEA M&G Insurance Brokers LTD.

Josephine joined OLEA M&G Insurance Brokers on 1st September 2019 as an Operations Officer within the Operations Department. Throughout her tenure, she consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical competence, and leadership capabilities. Her performance, commitment to excellence, and growing contribution to the organization have earned her this new responsibility.

Josephine specializes in Employee Benefits policies such as Group Life and Group Health insurance solutions. She has expertise in underwriting, risk assessment, policy management, and claims administration.

She holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes (USA), a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India. She also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Statistics from Accra Technical University.

Before joining OLEA M&G Insurance Brokers, Josephine worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bayport Financial Services.
