
Managing Director
Stephen is a seasoned insurance executive with over 18 years of experience in insurance broking. He brings a strategic mix of financial discipline, risk management expertise, and deep industry knowledge to the firm. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA–UK), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (ACIIG) and holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes (USA).
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Education (Social Sciences—Accounting & Business Management) from the University of Cape Coast. He has also completed a CII-accredited training in Energy Insurance & Risk Management through Marsh, and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Malta International Training Centre, facilitated by the Ghana Insurance College. Under his leadership, OLEA M&G has achieved major milestones in client acquisition, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
He currently serves as the President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana (IBAG), playing a significant role in industry advocacy and capacity building.

Deputy Managing Director
Fiifi is a dynamic insurance and risk management executive with over a decade of industry experience. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer, where he led operational transformation, optimized internal processes, and strengthened service delivery. He is a Chartered Insurance Risk Manager (UK), an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK & Ghana), a Chartered Accountant and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes (USA).
Prior to joining OLEA M&G, he rose through the ranks at Activa Insurance Ghana to become Head of the Broker Strategic Business Unit, where he successfully built and maintained strong broker relationships. Fiifi also holds a BSc in Business Administration (Insurance) from the University of Ghana. His leadership, technical depth, and strategic mindset continue to drive innovation and sustainable growth at OLEA M&G.

Chief Operating Officer
Nana Kwakyewa is a seasoned insurance practitioner
with a strong background in technical operations,
claims management, risk management, and customer
experience. She was previously the Head of Claims and
Risks of the company but currently serves as the Chief
Operating Officer, where she oversees the company’s
operational performance and ensures compliance with
regulatory and service standards.
She joined OLEA M&G with a wealth of experience in
both underwriting and claims administration. Nana is a
Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of
the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK. She holds the
Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from The
Institutes (USA) and is known for her meticulousness,
reliability, and team leadership.
Her focus on client satisfaction and her continuous
drive for operational excellence are key to the
company’s commitment to service delivery and
strategic growth.

Chief Commercial Officer
Jason is an accomplished insurance and finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in commercial broking, client relationship management, and financial analysis. He currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer, after previously holding the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Jason is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate of Risk Management (ARM) with The Institutes, USA. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance and is a member, as well as the treasurer, of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG). He has a qualification in Financial Markets from Yale University, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting option) from Valley View University. Additionally, he holds a training certificate in Oil & Gas and Onshore Energy Insurance from Lockton Companies LLP.
Jason is instrumental in driving business development and aligning OLEA M&G’s commercial strategy with evolving client needs.

Chief Finance Officer
Samuel Addo-Nyinaku brings a decade of expertise in strategy, risk management, and finance across diverse sectors. As an experienced Finance Executive, he has led cross-functional teams to deliver on the companies’ mandate - profitability, growth, and enterprise value.
Sam’s background spans multinational corporations in telecoms, mining, construction, financial services, manufacturing, and audit and specializes in planning and executing profitable growth and risk management strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
His most recent experience includes roles as Consulting Chief Financial Officer, Group CFO at Old Mutual Ghana and Company Controlling Manager at Ericsson Sub Saharan Africa.
He is a Chartered Accountant - member of ACCA in the United Kingdom - and holds a Bachelor of Commerce honours degree from the University of Cape Coast.
Sam is excited to bring this wealth of experience to Olea M&G Insurance Brokers Limited, contributing to its profitable growth in his role as the Chief Financial Officer.

Gladys is the Head of Technical of the Company. She is responsible for our International programs and provides technical advice to our clients.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana.
She holds Master of Arts (International Affairs) and B. A. (Political Science) degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana.
She has over 11 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, having started her career in the industry as Underwriting Officer with Provident Insurance Company Limited in Ghana. She left Provident Insurance Company Ltd in April 2013 and joined WAPIC Insurance Ghana Limited where she resigned in August 2019 as Head of Underwriting.
She joined OLEA M&G in May 2020.
