We are pleased to announce the promotion of Samuel Owusu Bempah to the position of Head of IT of OLEA M&G Insurance Brokers LTD.

Samuel joined OLEA M&G on 14th March 2022 as an IT Officer and has since demonstrated strong technical leadership, innovation, and commitment to operational excellence.

Samuel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, and Enterprise IT support. He is recognized for his problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.

He holds a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Ghana Communication Technology University and has earned several professional certifications in Cybersecurity, Systems Management, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Security from institutions including IBM, Google, Fortinet, and the University of Colorado.

Before joining OLEA M&G Insurance Brokers, Samuel worked with Margins ID Systems Application Ltd (MIDSA), Identity Management Systems (IMS), AT Ghana and Millicom Ghana Limited (Tigo), where he contributed to major national projects including the deployment of the Ghana Card registration and verification systems.

Samuel’s promotion reflects OLEA M&G’s commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. His leadership, technical competence, and dedication to excellence will continue to support the company’s growth and technological advancement.
