Stephen Kwarteng YEBOAH – Managing Director
Graduate of the University of Cape Coast with a B.Ed. Social Science (Accounting & Business Management).
He is a Fellow of ACCA UK and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana.
He has over 15 years of working experience as an Insurance Broker.
He joined the company in January 2006 and became the MD in September 2018.
Fiifi Amoa OPPONG (ACII UK, BSc. (Ins.) – Chief Operating Officer
Fiifi is a Chartered Insurance Risk Manager and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana.
He holds Bsc. in Business Administration (Insurance) from the University of Ghana.
He joined the company from ACTIVA Insurance Ghana Company Ltd where he worked for six years and rose to the position of Head of the Broker Strategic Business Unit.
He has rich experience in Risk Assessment, Insurance Placements, and Claims Management.
Gladys Esi KUMI – Head of Technical
Gladys is the Head of Technical of the Company. She is responsible for our International programs and provides technical advice to our clients.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana.
She holds Master of Arts (International Affairs) and B. A. (Political Science) degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana.
She has over 11 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, having started her career in the industry as Underwriting Officer with Provident Insurance Company Limited in Ghana. She left Provident Insurance Company Ltd in April 2013 and joined WAPIC Insurance Ghana Limited where she resigned in August 2019 as Head of Underwriting.
She joined OLEA M&G in May 2020.
Nana Kwakyewa BOATEY (ACII UK, BA) – Head of Claims and Risk
Nana Kwakyewa is a certified Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Insurance, UK.
She holds a Diploma in insurance from the Ghana Insurance College and a B.A.(Linguistics and Psychology) from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Her prior experience includes serving as Head, Claims & Risk Unit, Ascoma Ghana, and Head of Achimota Branch, Prime Insurance Company Limited.
Having worked in insurance for nine years, she is proficient in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Risk Assessment, Claims Investigation, and Underwriting.
As Manager(Operations) at OLEA M&G, she provides technical advice to clients on placements and claims.
Jason Amo GYIMAH – Head of Finance
Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Valley View University.
He has worked with the company for over 9 years and has rich experience in Finance and Administration.
He has completed his Diploma studies in Insurance with the Ghana Insurance College and has attended several professional training courses in Insurance and Finance.
